AnotationThe project is composed of three thematic parts: Molecular Biological, Microbiological and Biodegradation. In the molecular biological part, the main objective will be to investigate non-canonical DNA structures (quadruplexes, triplexes, cruciforms, i-motifs, etc.) at bioinformatics and laboratory level. The aim of the microbiological part is to monitor the change in dynamics of the resistome structure in waste water using real-time PCR and NGS sequencing. The biodegradation part of the project will focus on the use of ligninolytic fungi in bioremediation processes. In solving each part of the project, maximum emphasis will be placed on the use of progressive research methods.
