AnotationThe goal of this project is new and accurate many-body approach to theoretical linear and non-linear optical properties of materials. Suggested methods allow analysis of temperature dependent excitons, their binding energies, spatial localization, and lifetimes. The methods will be applied to new group of semiconducting 2D materials (binary buckled group V materials), which are perspective for applications in (nano)electronics and photovoltaics.
