The above mentioned position is to be filled within the framework of the project "Advanced Materials for Energy and Environmental Technologies" project, reg. no. CZ.02.01.01/00/23_021/0008592 within the Programme Johannes Amos Comenius by a researcher with recognized scientific results in the field of economic geography and or a related field.
Job description
- designing and applying social science research methods, processing and analysing data, applying advanced analytical methods, and collaborating on the interpretation of results;
- contributing to the preparation, organisation and conduct of field research;
- working with the project team to achieve the project′s research objectives;
- contributing to the preparation of the project′s publications and other academic outputs.
Qualification requirements – required
- a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in economic geography or a related field. The degree must have been obtained before taking up the post;
- a research fellow should be able to carry out scientific and research tasks independently in the field of economic geography or related disciplines, and to publish actively;
- a researcher must have published articles in respected international journals;
- demonstrable experience of field research and statistical research methods;
- an independent, responsible and creative approach to work.
