AnotationImmunotherapy is a promising direction in cancer treatment. However, not all patients are responding and the resistance factors remain unclear. Unique protein environment on cancer cell surface might be particularly critical for the anti-tumoral effect of monoclonal antibodies. Therefore, we aim to develop an innovative approach based on genetic and proteomic screens to identify and validate novel tumor surface molecular patterns that can be used as powerful biomarkers for cancer immunotherapy.
