Annotation:Current Chinese and Indian economic miracle attracts attention in several ways including political, environmental, security and other dimensions. The aim of the study course is to explain the causes of economic growth in China and India with assessment of its impact on social, political, security and environmental issues as well. Moreover, Chinese and Indian position in international issues, such as international migration or economic relations with other developing countries, will be discussed. In the seminar part of the course, the students will prepare case studies considering the sustainability and limits of the development in both regions.
