AnotationThe project aims to research the current topic of insect species hybridization. This interesting phenomenon has not been much studied in Anisoptera (dragonflies) yet, although dragonflies are very good bioindicators of the environment, and many species are protected. The project will focus on dragonfly monitoring in the field, manipulative experiments in the mesocosm, genetic analysis of potential hybrids, and evaluate our data in the context of climate change or changes in species distribution.
