After completing the course, students will be able to prepare samples and operate the JEOL-6610LV scanning electron microscope (SEM).
As part of the course, students will gain knowledge of electron microscopy, which they can apply in their future research endeavors.
Working with the electron microscope involves specific methods (such as drying, mounting, gold coating, and sample focusing), which will be thoroughly explained to enable students to work independently.
The use of the SEM and its accessories requires adherence to established procedures, which will be provided in the study materials.
