Annotation: | The main objective of the course is to make students familiar with modern soft computing methods in pro-cessing data acquired from biological practice, primarily focusing on methods of fuzzy modelling, which are able to process included vagueness. The students will acquire knowledge of known soft computing methods, understand their principle, learn how to work with them, and apply them on selected problems occurring in biological practice. |
