Annotation: | Real Estate Market is one of the dynamically developing sectors of the Czech economy, and this sector has a number of specifics that can not be ignored. The course aims to introduce students to the basic problems of the real estate market, it will introduce basic concepts, methods and processes associated with the development of the real estate market. During the course the student will be acquainted with the entire process of development from the very beginning (idea), through the realization (construction) to the final stages of the life cycle of the real estate (revitalization / demolition). The course is taught in English. |
