Due to the bilateral nature of the meeting, conference will take place close to the Czech-Slovak state border in Hotel Duo, Horní Bečva 216, Czech Republic.

If you travel by car

From the direction Valašské Meziříčí – Rožnov pod Radhoštěm use the road number E442. In the village of Horní Bečva, behind the water reservoir turn right and follow the signs that will lead you to the Hotel Duo.

From the direction Ostrava – Frýdek-Místek after highway D56, use road 56 and follow signs Frýdlant nad Ostravicí – Ostravice – Bílá. At the end of road 56, turn right to the direction Rožnov pod Radhoštěm (E442). In the village of Horní Bečva you have two possibilities to turn left (see the detailed map).

From the direction Žilina – Makov use the road number E442. In the village of Horní Bečva you have two possibilities to turn left (see the detailed map).

Parking at the conference venue is for free and directly at the hotel. In case of full parking place, you can also park along the hotel driveway or on a big parking place close to the bus stop Horní Bečva,,u Vaníčků (see the detailed map).

If you travel by train or by bus

The nearest train station is in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. To get to the conference venue, you need to take a bus from the train station in Rožnov to the bus stop Horní Bečva,,přehrada or Horní Bečva,,u Vaníčků. The second one is the nearest bus stop to the conference venue, but with less frequent buses.

The distance from the Horní Bečva,,přehrada bus stop to the hotel is approximately 1.3 km uphill (26 minutes of walk).

It is possible to organise a car shuttle from Rožnov pod Radhoštěm train station or from the bus stops in the Horní Bečva village. If you are interested, please contact organisers via conference email in advance.
