AnotationThe project loosely builds upon previous endeavors, not only expanding its scientific scope to include additional composite materials and new applications, but also newly incorporating didactics of chemistry. The project is structured into a total of three subprojects (PP). The first PP is focused on preparing a composite material using a commercial ceramic support, which will be coated with a layer of porous carbon through selected methods. The second PP aims at the preparation of composite materials based on carbon and metal-organic frameworks, considered highly promising in addressing environmental issues such as the adsorption of carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas or the purification of wastewater from mercury ions. The third PP has a didactic nature, concentrating on activation methods applicable in chemistry education, emphasizing the visualization of chemical experiments using a microscope, chemical kinetics, and the so-called STEM education.
