Office for Studies

The Office is responsible for the agenda of all the degree students during the whole study period. Along with individual departments, it takes a complex care of the admission procedures, enrolment of the students, introduction to the study, graduation ceremony, and open day events. The Office ensures all administrative procedures related to the study.

Throughout the year, the Office provides information on the study, individual programs and disciplines to the students of the faculty but also prospective students, and all this in person, by phone or e-mail.

The Office keeps records of all the faculty students, draws up the confirmations of study, and prepares the evidence for university degree certificates and the study completion procedures.

It continuously enters study related data into the Stag programs, and it prepares, collects and processes statistical data of the administered area.
