Department of Popularisation

 

The main activities primarily provided by the department include:

• Promotion and presentation of events, activities and personalities of the faculty both internally and externally, informing about current events at the Faculty of Science of the  University of Ostrava through the faculty website and the live on-line magazine OU@LIVE
• cooperation, coordination or organization of events for applicants, events to popularize science and research, events for the faculty and the general public or alumni
• support for the development of cooperation with institutions
• cooperation in organising exhibitions in the atrium of the Faculty of Science
• providing promotional and gift items and printed materials
